Shipping & Delivery

We are all in an ever-changing environment and the way we do things has to change along with it.  With COVID-19 having such an impact we have had to make some decisions on how we process deliveries. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19 and the increased demand on products, we have been experiencing ongoing delays with our deliveries right across Australia.  Based on what we know at the moment the update to estimated delivery times are listed below once deliveries recommence.

• Across Victoria, approximately 8 - 13 working days;
• Delivery to NSW, SA, ACT, QLD, approximately 10 - 15 working days;
• Delivery to WA, NT and TAS, approximately 12 - 19 working days.

It is expected that as we move closer to the end of the year and online shopping increased, delays may continue.  We encourage everyone to plan purchases as we move into the silly season to ensure that your pets have everything they need.

ANY ISSUES WITH SUPPLY?

No!  There is no more panic buying.  We may be out of stock of some products from time to time, but generally everything is back to normal process.

Orders will be sent via Australia Post and tracking numbers provided.  If you need something urgently and want to check with us to see if we have it physically in stock, you can email [email protected] to check prior to your order.

Australia Post now also seem to have caught up, but always wise to place your order before running out of food, treatments etc. Most items are shipped from the Dandenong Warehouse.

What does shipping cost?

All items are shipped via Australia Post.  Rates vary depending on total weight of your purchase and its destination.  We have worked with Australia Post to obtain reduced rates.

There are selected items are eligible for free shipping and you will see this listed in the product description. 

At the time of check-out, it will be confirmed if you are eligible for free shipping.  If you do not qualify for free shipping, the costs will be calculated based on the combined weight of the items in your cart during checkout.  You will see the final cost displayed at checkout before you proceed.

When will my order be shipped?

We endeavour to have all orders packed and ready to be dispatched in 2-3 Business days (excludes Saturday and Sunday).  However, some delays should be expected during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and when COVID-19 restrictions may be in place

When will I receive my order?

Once items have been dispatched from our store, most deliveries to metro areas of Melbourne may take 2-3 Business days.  

• Metro Areas of Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney may take 3-7 business days. 
• Regional and more remote areas may take up to 10 or more days to be delivered depending on your location.

Tracking numbers are provided on all deliveries so you will be able to track its progress by logging into your account and selecting your latest order. We will also send you an email with the tracking information

Our couriers will not deliver to post office boxes so Australia Post will be used in all deliveries to post office boxes.

Please Note - Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

How is my order packed?

We try and recycle as many boxes as we can, but that is not always possible.  All orders are sent in boxes or padded bags.  We use paper style bubble wrap and landfill biodegradable packing tape and corn startch filler beads.  We try and do our bit.

For our local deliveries, we try not to use any packaging at all where we can.  

Undeliverable Postcodes

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain products and postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details. We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some products. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.
